In order to deliver more value for brand partners and customers, the funds will be utilised to expand the workforce, increase coverage from 20 to 25 locations, and improve the technology. Under the direction of Co-Founder Kristian Zak and CEO Eric Wimer, Sway offers a customised shipping and return experience for customers.

Sway picks up, packages, and ships items users have sold on marketplaces in addition to delivering products from shops. It does this by utilising a two-way communication platform and a flexible network of driver-partners.
