TD SYNNEX Appoints Douglas Britt to Board of Directors

Britt is an experienced technology executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in global technology, manufacturing, and supply chain businesses. He has a strong track record of driving operational improvements and business growth.

He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Boyd and previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure he led the sale of Boyd Thermal to Eaton Corporation in 2026. He now oversees the Boyd Thermal business as part of Eaton.

Britt currently serves on the boards of Helios Technologies and Benchmark Electronics. Throughout his career, he has led several major growth and value-creation initiatives, including helping develop and expand Nextracker before its spin-off as an independent public company. He also played a key role in growing Boyd’s Thermal business into a global leader in liquid cooling technology.

Before joining Boyd, Britt served as President of the Integrated Solutions division at Flex Ltd., a global provider of design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain services. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Future Electronics, Silicon Graphics, and Solectron.

Britt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico, and has also completed executive education programs in Europe, including studies at the University of London.
