Leadership Comments

“The most important part of every enterprise deal has always been the relationship, yet CRM never managed relationships – it managed records,” said Rachit Kataria, Co-Founder and CEO, Centralize. “We built Centralize to be the actual ‘R’ in CRM. When sellers can finally see the people, influence, and relationships behind a deal, the entire revenue team starts operating from the same picture.”

"Buying committees have nearly doubled in size over the last decade — deals above $500K now involve more than 20 stakeholders, yet the entire revenue tech stack was built around activity capture, rather than navigating buying committees. That's a structural gap, and it's only widening as AI raises the stakes for who you know and how you reach them,” said Hilarie Koplow-McAdams, Venture Partner, NEA.
