Tricentis, a global leader in continuous testing and quality engineering, today announced that GTCR, a leading private equity firm, has signed a definitive agreement to invest $1.33 billion in the company, valuing the enterprise at $4.5 billion and further fueling Tricentis for future growth and innovation.
Constrafor
Constrafor, a pioneering software provider for the construction industry, announced the successful close of its $264 million Series A funding round.
Halcyon
Halcyon is excited to announce it has closed $100M in Series C funding led by Evolution Equity Partners with participation from Bain Capital Ventures (BCV), SYN Ventures, Harmony Group, Corner Capital Management, Dropbox Ventures, ServiceNow Ventures and existing investors.

Sirona Medical
Sirona Medical, a pioneer in cloud-native radiology workflow software, announces $42 million in Series C financing, inclusive of equity and converted debt.
Cardless
Cardless, a leading fintech innovator known for transformative co-branded credit card solutions, announced a $30 million growth investment round led by Activant Capital, with participation from new and existing investors including Mischief (the fund co-founded by Plaid’s Zach Perret), Industry Ventures, Thayer Ventures, Assurant and Amex Ventures.
Range

NC-based clinical-stage biotech company, Doron Therapeutics has secured $11M in Series A Funding led by SPRIM Global Investments (SGI) to take MOTYS™ into Phase 3 clinical studies.
