Tokenized assets include digital representations of investments such as US Treasuries, money market funds and private credit. Traditional subscription and redemption processes can take days to settle, making it harder for institutions to move funds quickly.
Multiliquid provides a platform for converting supported tokenized assets and stablecoins around the clock. It supports tokenized funds from asset managers including Wellington Management, VanEck, Janus Henderson, and Fasanara, as well as stablecoins such as USDC.

Why the Funding Matters
The funding supports Multiliquid's development of infrastructure for trading tokenized assets and stablecoins.
The platform aims to help institutions move between investment assets and transactional stablecoins without waiting for traditional settlement cycles.
Who founded Multiliquid?
Multiliquid was founded in 2025 by Will Beeson. It is developed by Uniform Labs, which is based in Los Angeles, California.
"Tokenization only matters if the assets are actually liquid," said Will Beeson, Founder, and CEO of Multiliquid. "Traditional capital markets rely on deep repo facilities and overnight lending to keep liquidity moving. On-chain finance requires the same institutional plumbing.
"Tokenized assets have started to gain traction, but liquidity remains the bottleneck. Multiliquid is building the connective layer for institutions to move seamlessly between tokenized funds and stablecoins across issuers and venues. Will's deep experience in this market is unmatched, and we're excited to back this breakthrough project," said Olaf Carlson-Wee, Founder of Polychain.
Market and Business Growth
Multiliquid supports tokenized funds from Wellington Management, VanEck, Janus Henderson, and Fasanara, along with stablecoins such as USDC.
The protocol is designed to enable continuous conversion between supported tokenized assets and stablecoins through atomic transactions, in which the exchange either completes as a whole or does not take place.
The source does not provide customer numbers, transaction volumes, or revenue figures.
What Happens Next?
Multiliquid aims to provide institutions with faster settlement and continuous liquidity for tokenized real-world assets.
Its platform is designed to support the growing use of tokenized investments by making it easier to move between those assets and stablecoins.
