CACI Appoints Tom Kirkland as Executive Vice President of Electronic Warfare

CACI International Inc. has appointed Tom Kirkland as Executive Vice President of Electronic Warfare, marking his return to the company.
In his new role, Kirkland will lead CACI's Electronic Warfare business and serve as a member of the company's executive leadership team.
Tom Kirkland brings extensive experience in defense technology, customer engagement, and business leadership across a wide range of mission-focused programs. He returns to CACI as the company continues to expand its technology capabilities and strengthen its support for critical national security missions.

Tom Kirkland returns to CACI after spending more than five years at L3Harris Technologies, where he most recently served as President of Targeting and Sensor Systems. He also held the role of Vice President and General Manager for the company's U.S. Army and SOCOM Broadband Communications Systems business.
Earlier in his career, Kirkland held several leadership positions at CACI, including Vice President of Business Development and Chief Growth Officer for CACI Products. He has also worked in senior roles at Thales and Harris Corporation and is a U.S. Army combat veteran.
