TrustPoint AI Appoints Tres Seippel as Chief Innovation Officer

In his new role, Seippel will lead the development of the company's data intelligence products, including portfolio risk scoring, loan grading, forecasting, and benchmarking models. He will also oversee AI-powered workflow automation across the entire loan lifecycle.

Tres Seippel brings nearly 20 years of experience working with REITs, lenders, and real estate advisory firms, with a strong background in data analytics and market intelligence. He previously held executive positions at Arbor Realty Trust, one of the largest CLO issuers and bridge lenders in the United States, and Genesis Capital, a leading residential transition lender. Earlier in his career, Seippel worked at Weitzman Associates, Corcoran Sunshine, and CoStar, gaining experience across the real estate industry.

He holds a master's degree in International Real Estate from University College London (UCL), a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from New York University (NYU), and a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University. He is also an MAI-designated member of the Appraisal Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
