California-Based Hike Medical Raises $22.5M in Seed And Series A Funding

Hike Medical, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a platform automating device-based care from referral to dispense, has raised $22.5 million in a Seed and Series A funding round led by Max Altman at Saga Ventures.

The round also saw participation from Indicator Ventures, Fifth Down Capital, RiverPark Ventures, Orthofeet, Inc., Sam Blond, and Jerod Mayo, among others.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its engineering and sales teams, increase manufacturing capacity, and extend its platform beyond insoles into the broader durable medical equipment (DME) market.
