Construction-Based Amrize Appoints Sam Poletti as Chief Financial Officer

Amrize has appointed Samuel J. Poletti as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 24. He succeeds Baris Oran, who is stepping down for personal reasons. The company has also named Dillon Cumming as Vice President of Investor Relations.

Poletti has served as Amrizes Chief Strategy and M&A Officer since the company was listed on the NYSE in June 2025. He played a key role in the successful spin off of Amrize and helped establish the company as an independent business.

Poletti has more than 20 years of experience at Holcim across M&A, finance, and strategy. He led major acquisitions in Building Envelope that doubled the size of the North American business, along with other deals in cement and aggregates. As CFO, he will be based at Amrize’s headquarters in Chicago.

Dillon Cumming has also been appointed Vice President of Investor Relations and will join Amrize on September 8. He will lead the global investor relations team and serve as the company's main contact with the investment community.

Cumming joins Amrize after a strong career with leading Wall Street firms, focusing on industrial and building materials companies. He most recently led industrial sector analysis at Walleye Capital and previously headed U.S. machinery and construction equity research at Morgan Stanley.
