
F5, a company that provides application security and delivery solutions, has appointed Cathy Peterman as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. She will join the company's executive leadership team and report to Chairman, President, and CEO François Locoh-Donou.
In her new role, Peterman will lead F5's global people strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational growth, and company culture as F5 continues to expand its leadership in AI and cybersecurity.
Cathy Peterman brings 20 years of experience helping technology companies grow and manage large-scale organizational change. She joins F5 from Wayfair, where she served as Chief People Officer for the company's technology organization and led AI transformation and talent development for its 11,000 employees worldwide.

Before Wayfair, Peterman spent six years at Amazon, leading talent strategy across several businesses with more than 40,000 employees. She held HR leadership roles supporting Amazon Advertising, Amazon Devices, Prime Video & Studios and Physical Stores.
