Immorta Bio Appoints Howard Brooks to Corporate Board of Directors

Immorta Bio Inc., a scientific longevity company focused on treating diseases of aging and aging itself as a disease, announced the appointment of Howard Brooks to its Corporate Board of Directors. Brooks previously served as a Health Sciences Partner at Ernst & Young.
Immorta Bio Inc. is developing a dual platform approach to target the biology of aging. It's programs include SenoVax™, an immunotherapy designed to remove senescent cells, and StemCellRevivify™, a regenerative platform aimed at restoring healthier, more youthful cellular function.
Howard Brooks brings over 30 years of experience advising healthcare, life sciences, and biotechnology companies in areas such as corporate strategy, financial oversight, capital raising, governance, and business transformation.
During his time at Ernst & Young, he served as Americas Health Sciences Leader and senior client service partner, advising boards and executives at global pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and high-growth companies.

Howard Brooks, as a member of the Board of Directors of Immorta Bio Inc., will provide guidance on governance, corporate strategy, financial matters, and capital-related decisions, while acting in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.
He will also support the company as a strategic ambassador, engaging with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders as it continues to grow and advance its mission.
Howard Brooks has served on several healthcare and nonprofit boards and is a qualified board financial expert with strong experience in governance, audit, and risk oversight.
He is the second external board member of Immorta Bio Inc., alongside Russell Kaufman, who is a venture partner at Pappas Capital and President Emeritus of The Wistar Institute. Before Wistar, Kaufman spent over 25 years at Duke University, where he held senior academic and leadership roles including Professor of Medicine, Chief of Medical Oncology and Transplantation, and Dean of the School of Medicine.
