PatientIQ, a Chicago, IL-based provider of a patient outcomes intelligence platform, has raised $30 million in a Series C funding round led by Hughes & Company.

The round also saw participation from Health Enterprise Partners and August Capital.

The company will use the capital to expand across existing specialties and health systems, grow its real-world evidence platform, and develop a direct-to-patient commerce marketplace.
