
NYC-based Pogo has launched an AI research platform that connects brands with verified buyers who have actually made purchases. The company also announced that it has raised a total of $32 million in funding from investors including Josh Buckley, Mantis, 20VC, and Village Global.
The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations and strengthen its product development work.
In the Pogo platform, brands can simply define the audience they want to reach. The AI then identifies the right users within its network, creates a discussion guide, and conducts thousands of AI-led video interviews at the same time. It then quickly provides transcripts, highlight clips, and useful insights. Brands can also run surveys on the same audience and get real-time feedback when user behaviour changes.
Many large global consumer brands, consulting firms, and investment firms already use Pogo to generate actionable insights and business impact.

"Prior to Pogo, the platform we were using had a couple of limitations. We really didn't have confidence in the output of those surveys because people could tell you whatever they wanted in order to qualify," said Shannon Clayton, Head of Private Label Marketing at OFI, a $20B private label food manufacturer. Ultimately, that's going to lead to a multi-million dollar business impact for us."
