Tennessee-Based U.S. Urology Partners Appoints Jonathan Coggins as COO

Coggins is an experienced healthcare operations and strategy leader who has helped large, multi-location healthcare organizations improve performance and support long-term growth.

Jonathan Coggins takes over the COO role from longtime executive Mandy Lawrence, who has been appointed Chief Experience Officer, a newly created leadership position.

Lawrence, who has a nursing degree and an MBA, will focus on improving the patient experience by making care more connected, compassionate, and ensuring patients receive high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

U.S. Urology Partners operates more than 70 locations across six states and supports independent urology practices with the resources they need to provide high-quality patient care. Backed by General Atlantic, the company helps its partner practices improve access to urology services while continuing to drive innovation in patient care.
