Celero Communications

Celero Communications, an Irvine, CA-based provider of coherent DSP technology for AI infrastructure, has raised $275 million in a Series C funding round led by Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners, and CapitalG, bringing the total amount to $415 million.

Cylake

Cylake, a Sunnyvale, CA-based provider of a cybersecurity platform for operational sovereignty, has raised $245 million in a funding round, bringing the total amount to $290 million.
