Construction-Based CBX Solutions Appoints Travis Hendren as Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hendren brings extensive experience in leading large operations, driving growth and integrating acquired businesses. At GMS, he helped grow revenue, expand product offerings, lead acquisitions and new locations, and strengthen the companys operations across North America.

Hendren brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the building products and specialty distribution industries. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at GMS, where he oversaw more than 340 distribution centers and over 100 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, supporting a multi-billion-dollar business with more than 7,000 employees.

Before becoming COO, Hendren held several senior roles at GMS, including President of GMS Canada and Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy.

Before joining GMS, Hendren spent nearly 20 years in investment banking, advising building products and construction materials companies on mergers, acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate strategy.
