Jul 3, 2026 | By Startuprise io

East West Manufacturing, a provider of integrated manufacturing solutions for complex electronic and electro-mechanical products, has acquired electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company Vexos.

The acquisition strengthens East West's engineering, manufacturing and supply chain capabilities while expanding its operations across the Americas and Asia. Through Vexos, the company adds manufacturing locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, China and Vietnam.

By combining the two companies, East West will provide broader support across the entire product lifecycle, including design, product development, manufacturing, fulfillment, and global delivery.

Vexos strengthens East West's capabilities in high-mix, high-complexity manufacturing and adds expertise in regulated industries such as medical, aerospace, and AI data centers. Together, the combined company will be better positioned to help customers bring advanced products to market faster while reducing overall costs.

The acquisition expands East West's global manufacturing network and provides customers with greater engineering expertise, increased production capacity, and a stronger supply chain. Customers will also gain access to a broader range of services while continuing to receive the personalized support both companies are known for.
