FlackTek Appoints Dustin Becker as Director of Sales & Marketing

In his new role, Becker will lead FlackTeks global sales, and marketing efforts. He will focus on growing the company’s market reach, building strong customer partnerships and supporting growth in advanced manufacturing industries that rely on precise material processing.

Becker brings nearly 20 years of experience in driving business growth, managing sales operations, and expanding markets across North America. He has worked in industries including aerospace, electronics, industrial, automotive, medical devices, and specialty materials.

Becker joins FlackTek from Krayden, where he held several senior leadership roles overseeing sales teams across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Most recently he served as North American Director of Sales Operations, managing commercial activities, and growth initiatives for a $45 million business unit.

Before that, he led sales organizations responsible for up to $190 million in annual business across North America. In this role, he delivered steady year over year growth while supporting customers in aerospace, electronics, automotive, industrial and specialty manufacturing sectors.

Throughout his career, Becker has been known for connecting sales strategy with customer needs. He has led large regional sales teams, built strong OEM partnerships and improved operations to support both revenue growth and better customer relationships.

FlackTek’s mixing and material processing solutions are used worldwide by engineers, researchers and manufacturers in industries such as aerospace, defense, electronics, energy, medical and advanced manufacturing.

Becker’s appointment shows the company’s continued focus on growing its business, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding globally.

Prior to Krayden, Becker held leadership and commercial roles with organizations including 3M, Scott Safety, Jadak and Universal Packaging Solutions, where he consistently drove revenue growth, expanded strategic accounts and led high performing commercial teams.
