Standard Nuclear Appoints Don Moul to Board of Directors

Moul previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and brings decades of leadership experience in the energy sector.

Don Moul brings nearly 40 years of experience in the power and energy industry. As President and CEO of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), he oversaw power generation, transmission, and electricity supply, while also leading efforts in safety, major infrastructure projects, grid modernization, and emergency management.

Before joining TVA, Moul served as Executive Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer at NextEra Energy, where he managed the safe and reliable operation of seven nuclear reactors across five plant sites. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at FirstEnergy Corporation, American Electric Power, Duquesne Light Company, GPU Nuclear Corporation, and Public Service Electric & Gas.

Moul earned a bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He also holds senior reactor operator certifications from multiple nuclear power stations.
