Veritas Capital to Acquire Texas-Based Trinity Consultants

Trinity's current owner, Oak Hill Capital, will remain a minority investor in the company. Trinity's management team and employees will also continue to hold ownership stakes after the deal closes.

Trinity Consultants helps businesses solve environmental, engineering, and regulatory challenges. Its customers include companies in manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, data centers, and other complex industries.

The company has a team of engineers, scientists, and consultants who help clients meet regulations and reduce project risks. Today, Trinity serves more than 10,000 customers worldwide and has built long-term client relationships.
